Sometimes we forget the horrors of war. We are too far removed I suppose. But I think it's important we reflect on the sacrifice others are making for us. I was moved by a recent article about the wounded in Iraq and gained a greater appreciation for our soldiers there and their loved ones in the States. This article is very well written and balanced. It is several pages long but well worth reading every word. These brave men and women in the military deserve our prayers, respect, and gratitude.
Nathan will probably be shipping out to Iraq as a medic soon. This is what he will be facing.
